We are currently hiring a Driver / Warehouse Associate I to support our daily warehouse operations.
Position Summary
The Driver / Warehouse Associate I is responsible for safely delivering customer orders and supporting warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials accurately and efficiently. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers receive the correct products on time while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders in a safe and timely manner
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Receive and unload incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
- Support team members and daily warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of warehouse experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience or certification
- Experience in industrial distribution, construction, or building materials
- Familiarity with warehouse or inventory systems
