Open/Close the dispensary depending on shift
Correctly check identification documents to verify min/max age requirements for your products/sales.
Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
Keep abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends.
Correctly weigh, package and label cannabis products as required.
Process customer payments using the dispensary’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
Educate customers on safe use of their selected cannabis products.
Communicate and resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
Navigate between team and individual work environments.
Drive to and work at multiple locations when needed.
Notify dispensary manager of low quantity products, ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked for the next shift.
Ensure that the dispensary is clean and well organized at all times.
