In this high-visibility role, you’ll help turn integrated advertising programs into flawlessly executed campaigns—partnering closely with the VP of Media Revenue & Partnerships and Account Executives to ensure every campaign launches accurately, delivers successfully, and exceeds client expectations.
You’ll serve as a key connector among the sales team, Creative, Ad Operations, and clients. From contracts and creative assets to campaign pacing, reporting, and presentations, you’ll keep complex work moving, communication clear, and deadlines on track. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-minded, and energized by a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Two years of sales experience preferred; recent graduates considered
- A strong orientation to strategic thinking, communicating, influencing and building relationships at all levels
- Ability to simultaneously manage short and long-term opportunities
- Strong organizational, analytical and written/oral communication skills
- The ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and partners across all departments and levels
- College degree or comparable work experience
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
