What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Onsite Technician position at Hemmersbach?
Role:
- Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
Requirements:
- Certifications that demonstrate competency in enterprise IT (A , etc.) are a plus
- Ability to build relationships
- 2 years of experience as a Deskside Support Technician.
- Ability to handle tickets and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- 2 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $48,000– $52,000 USD.
