• Minimum 3 years of experience in Level 2 technical support, preferably in a laboratory or scientific environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting lab instruments and familiarity with laboratory workflows and protocols.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and service management best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A , or vendor-specific qualifications are a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled Lab IT Analyst with a proven track record in Level 2 support and expertise in lab instruments to join our customer dynamic team. As a Lab IT Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of partner laboratory systems and infrastructure, while also providing exceptional technical support to all end-users.

• Utilize your expertise in Level 2 support to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to lab instruments, software applications, and IT infrastructure in a timely and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of various lab instruments, including but not limited to chromatography systems, mass spectrometers, PCR machines, and automated liquid handlers, to provide comprehensive support and maintenance.
• Take ownership of IT tickets raised by laboratory personnel, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication throughout the ticket lifecycle to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Assist in the administration and configuration of laboratory information management systems (LIMS), electronic lab notebooks (ELN), and other scientific software platforms to support research workflows and data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new laboratory technologies, software updates, and IT solutions, ensuring seamless interoperability and alignment with scientific objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to empower laboratory staff with the knowledge and skills needed to leverage IT resources effectively.
