Your skills

• Troubleshooting knowledge of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, telephony, and network-connected equipment.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Office applications, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
• Experience with SCCM or similar tools for imaging, patching, software deployment, and device refresh activities.
• Experience using ServiceNow or another IT service-management and ticketing platform.
• Knowledge of standard incident-management, service-request, escalation, and SLA procedures.
• This role is an Hourly non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $22 – $27 USD.

Your tasks

• Full-time onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, network-connected equipment, telephony, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and related workplace technologies.
• Perform device imaging, patching, pre-staging, deployment, and hardware refresh activities using SCCM or similar endpoint-management tools.
• Support hardware installations, user data backups, desktop and laptop replacements, equipment moves, and walk-in IT support.
• Provide support for audiovisual and video-conferencing equipment, as well as Android and iOS devices.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing platform.
• Document troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and asset information accurately.
• Prioritize requests and meet established SLA and service-quality targets.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
