Your skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in desktop IT support
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between client sites
- Technical certifications such as A or Network are preferred
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and common enterprise applications
- This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $23 -$25 USD based on experience and skillsets.

- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
- Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
- Support project rollouts and deployments
