Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for PCs, printers, servers, and data center equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Install, upgrade, and repair IT hardware and infrastructure
- Collaborate with dispatch, engineers, and project teams
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support HP servers and enterprise environments
- Track inventory and provide service updates

Your skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, including printers, servers, data centers, or enterprise-level projects.
- Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites and must have a valid driver's license.
- Technical certifications (CompTIA A and/or Network ) preferred. Experience providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and performing installations, upgrades, repairs, and hardware replacements for desktops, laptops, RPOS systems, and printers.
- Available to work a rotational 24/7 on call; scheduled shift.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $23 - $25 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
- Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant identification at the time of hire as required for federal customer site access.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.
