Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Crew Members specializing in lawn care and landscape maintenance. In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining beautiful outdoor environments by operating groundskeeping equipment, performing landscaping tasks, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities
- Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns and landscapes
- Use hand tools and power tools safely for various groundskeeping tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents
Qualifications
- Prior outdoor work experience or landscaping background (1 year required)
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture practices, and pesticide management is a plus
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to power tools, heavy machinery, and outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail
