Role Description
The Behavioral Health Technician will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed or certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities include supporting individuals in achieving behavior and skill development goals, monitoring behavioral progress, assisting with data collection, and providing meaningful interventions. The role further requires building positive relationships through effective communication and fostering a supportive environment for individuals and their families.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with individuals and families
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is a plus
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field is preferred
- Current CPR or first aid certification is a plus
