The Role
We need an experienced divorce and family law paralegal (in-person, hybrid, or remote) who can hit the ground running alongside our stellar team. From strategy meetings to post-judgment client care, you’ll blend sharp technical skills with empathy and practical wisdom to help families navigate divorce and custody disputes.
This isn’t an entry-level gig. You’ll need 3 years in family law litigation, confidence with contested matters, and the sense to know when a fight isn’t worth the cost (because yes, $500 in attorney’s fees over $50 in airline miles really does happen).

- Shape and support case strategies with discovery, pleadings, motions, and mediation prep.
- Be a “dealmaker” — helping families resolve disputes creatively, outside the courtroom.
- Project confidence and competence in contested cases while keeping clients calm and informed.

- A seasoned paralegal with 3 years of family law litigation experience.
