- Communicate directly with clients—no translator needed
- Explain legal strategy clearly in both English and Spanish

What You’ll Do
- Manage your own caseload with strategy and ownership
- Represent clients in hearings, mediation, and trial
- Help families navigate high-stakes, emotional decisions
- Negotiate when possible, litigate when necessary
- Apply the Texas Family Code with confidence
- Be part of a team that works together, not in silos
What You Bring
- 3 years of contested family law experience
- Active Texas Bar license
- Strong communication and courtroom presence
Highly Preferred:
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience handling family law cases in Spanish

Compensation
$170,000 OTE
Higher compensation available for attorneys who are fully bilingual and have experience representing Spanish-speaking clients
