- Clinical Excellence & Dedication: You will leverage your advanced clinical skills to deliver life-sustaining dialysis treatments, creating extraordinary moments of comfort and safety at the bedside.
- Autonomous Problem-Solving with a 'Can-Do' Attitude: You will independently manage your caseload and patient needs, using your critical thinking to troubleshoot equipment and navigate complex clinical scenarios.
- Empathetic Communication that Builds Our Reputation: As the face of Hema-Tec, your professionalism and communication will build trust with patients, families, and hospital staff, delivering on our promise of compassionate care.
- Shift & Schedule: We offer a full-time schedule designed for better work-life balance.
- Work Week: Four days per week.
- Hours: Day shift, starting between 7-8 AM. End times vary based on the daily patient census.
- Weekends: A consistent rotation of every other Saturday is required.
- Holidays: A shared holiday rotation is required.
- On-Call Rotation: Our RNs participate in a shared on-call rotation.
- Weekday Coverage: Monday through Friday, from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- Weekend Coverage: A continuous block from 7 PM Saturday to 7 AM Monday.
- Locations & Travel: You will provide care at our partner hospitals in the Saginaw area, including Covenant Hospital and Select Specialty Hospital - Saginaw.
- Team & Support: You will report directly to the Team Supervisor, who is committed to your success.
- Licensure: An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of RN experience, with at least six months in nephrology preferred.
- Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Core Competencies: A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
