Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Consultant role located in Hurst, TX. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service and personalized jewelry consultations to help customers choose pieces that meet their personal preferences and special occasions. Responsibilities include maintaining a deep understanding of Helzberg’s product offerings, fostering meaningful customer relationships, driving retail sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong knowledge or interest in Jewelry Design and creating tailored recommendations for customers.
- Experience or capability in Retail Sales to meet or exceed sales goals and provide exceptional in-store interactions.
- Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding Customer Experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic retail demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus but not required.
