Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Support inside sales representatives with administrative tasks
- Prepare sales documentation
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update CRM system with customer and sales activity information
- Assist with tracking sales targets and performance metrics
Customer Service
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product availability
- Coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
- Resolve order discrepancies and communicate updates
- Maintain strong, professional customer relationships
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with accounting regarding billing and invoicing questions
- Collaborate with inventory or operations teams on product availability
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative, sales support, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
