JOB PURPOSE
Our technicians are the core of our business, delivering the highest quality service to our valued clients. As a Lead Technician, you are the backbone of our service delivery. This role is a "player-coach" position: you will be the expert on the ground performing high-level carpet and floor care while simultaneously supervising a team of technicians and job quality. As a lead technician you are in charge of making sure the rest of the technicians on the job have all the tools they need to be successful.
DUTIES
● Review the jobs for the day and ensure all equipment and supplies that are needed are in your vehicle
● Check cleaning equipment is working properly before leaving for job
● Install equipments and supervise the other technicians when needed
● Clean carpet & Floors 50% of the time and supervise and ensure quality up to par 50% of the time (changes depending on business needs)
● Take pictures of jobs and report back to the operations manager when job is completed
● Flexible to add future jobs responsibilities as they come up
REQUIREMENTS
● Must be 18 or older
● Valid driver's license
● Must be willing to drive a company vehicle (cargo van)
● Minimum 1 year driving experience with a clean driving record
● Must speak English and Spanish
● Be able to lift 50 pounds
● Must be detail oriented
PREFERENCES
● Some experience in commercial cleaning industry and experience using truck mount machines preferred but not required. Training and classes will be provided
● Proficient at basic mathematics (taking measurements)
● Self-sufficient and able to work independently

DEBERES
- Revisar los trabajos del día y asegurar que todo el equipo y los suministros necesarios estén en su vehículo.
- Verificar que el equipo de limpieza funcione correctamente antes de salir al trabajo.
- Instalar equipos y supervisar a los otros técnicos cuando sea necesario.
- Limpiar alfombras y pisos el 50% del tiempo y supervisar y asegurar que la calidad esté a la altura el 50% restante (esto varía según las necesidades del negocio).
- Tomar fotografías de los trabajos y reportar al gerente de operaciones cuando se complete el trabajo.
- Flexibilidad para añadir/cambiar futuras responsabilidades laborales a medida que se presenten.
REQUISITOS
- Ser mayor de 18 años.
- Licencia de conducir válida.
- Debe estar dispuesto a conducir un vehículo de la empresa (furgoneta de carga).
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia de conducción con un historial limpio.
- Dominio de inglés y español.
- Capaz de levantar 50 libras.
- Debe ser detallista.
PREFERENCIAS
- Se prefiere cierta experiencia en la industria de la limpieza comercial y experiencia en el uso de máquinas de montaje en camión (truck mount), pero no es obligatorio. Se proporcionarán entrenamientos y clases.
- Competencia en matemáticas básicas (toma de medidas).
- Autosuficiente y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente.
