What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Management Provider position at Helping Young People Excel?
Scope of Position:
Behavioral Management Provider: to provide ongoing interventions that support the child and family in implementing a care plan.
Job Type: Part-Time and Full-Time
Hours: Flexible, varies from Sunday to Saturday
Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience
Requirements:
● Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance. Must be willing to commute up to 30 minutes ● Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma, high school equivalency. ● 2,000 hours experience with youth who have serious emotional disturbances (SED) is required.
● Lived experience is valued.
● Background checks and fingerprinting are required for employment, with costs covered by the employer.

Duties:
- Create activity plan that coincides with overall goals for mentee
- Create schedule to visit with mentee
- Submit detailed notes into reporting system after each visit
