Position Announcement: Caregiver - Shelbyville, TN

Helping Hearts is urgently hiring for our Shelbyville, TN shifts, which range from 8-16 hours. We are seeking one dedicated caregiver for Monday, Tuesday, and Wendsdays 6 PM to 7 AM shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful activities to enhance the client’s quality of life.

• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including light housekeeping tasks.

• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious and balanced meals according to the client’s preferences and dietary needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven background in caregiving, with specific experience in personal care and blood sugar management.

• Skills: Ability to perform all tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Background Check: Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening.

• Documentation: Applicants must have a copy of their high school diploma to complete our onboarding process. Applicants must also have a physical, valid driver’s license, a copy of their birth certificate, and a social security card.
