Our organization offers a variety of flexible shifts, including day and night options, ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Whether you prefer a part-time schedule or are looking for more extensive hours, we have opportunities to accommodate your availability.

Location: Hendersonville, with shifts scheduled every Tuesday and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm. Additional shifts are available

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist clients with essential daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, all while upholding their dignity and independence.

• Companionship: Build meaningful connections through engaging conversations and activities that enhance the quality of life for our clients.

• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.

• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary needs and preferences, ensuring their health and well-being.

• Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients’ health, assist with medication reminders, and support their treatment plans.

• Transportation: Provide safe and reliable transportation for appointments, errands, and social outings, ensuring clients remain connected to their communities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in caregiving, particularly in personal care and blood sugar management.

• A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening. Please note that no theft, misdemeanors, felonies, drug charges, or abuse charges are permitted (background checks cover 20 years).

• Required documentation includes a high school diploma, birth certificate, social security card, and a valid driver’s license.
