What You Will Do:
- Manage and optimize daily scheduling grids for our care staff using our scheduling software.
- Act as the primary point of contact for caregiver schedule changes, client adjustments, and shift call-outs.
- Problem-solve scheduling gaps quickly and efficiently to ensure seamless coverage for our seniors.
- Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with caregivers and client families via phone and text.
- Assist the office team with basic administrative tasks, compliance tracking, and data entry.
- Excellent Communication: Strong phone skills with the ability to speak clearly, professionally, and confidently.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multi-screen scheduling databases, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to stay calm under pressure when schedules shift and find quick solutions.
- Dependability: High accountability—you are the team member who shows up on time and handles details with care.
- Prior experience in medical scheduling, dispatching, high-volume customer service, or hospitality management is a major plus!
