About the Role
Are you compassionate, dedicated, and eager to make a positive impact in your local community? We are seeking reliable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality home care and personal assistance to clients throughout Pickens County and surrounding areas
Whether you are looking for full-time work, part-time shifts, or flexible hours to fit your schedule, we have opportunities available close to home.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities (grooming, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene).

Provide medication reminders and assistance with mobility/transfers.

Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running local errands.

Provide meaningful companionship and supportive emotional care.

Monitor health and well-being, reporting any changes to supervisory staff/family.

(CNAs) Record vital signs, assist with health-related tasks, and document care plans as required.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred (we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude and passion for helping others).

CNA License: Valid Alabama CNA Certification required for CNA roles (not required for Caregivers).

Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.

Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check

Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and dependability.
