Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Homecare Branch Manager to lead our branch operations in Tuscaloosa, AL and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, a background in home health care, and the ability to oversee daily branch activities to ensure excellent patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to deliver high-quality home health services.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet patient needs effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Handle budgeting, financial management, and operational planning for the branch.
• Address and resolve any patient or staff concerns promptly and professionally.
