Job Description: Home Care Aide

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Aide to provide assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others and be able to perform a variety of tasks to ensure the comfort and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
• Assist with medication reminders and other health-related tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
