What You Will Do

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate our local team of field LPNs and CNAs.

• Conduct client supervisory visits and initial clinical assessments within your designated territory.

• Collaborate with families and clinical leadership to design, implement, and update personalized care plans.

• Ensure precise, state-compliant clinical documentation and adherence to company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid, unencumbered LPN or RN license in the State of Alabama.

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (required to drive the company vehicle).
