What You’ll Do
As a Mental Health Clinician, you’ll:
- Deliver developmentally appropriate care for diverse populations, including individuals with physical disabilities, chronic illness, or behavioral health challenges.
- Provide advocacy and education for patients, families, and the community.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling.
- Identify and manage cases involving abuse, neglect, trafficking, grief, substance use, and psychiatric needs.
- Coordinate care and transitions across interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
- Connect clients with housing, food, transportation, and other social resources.
- Support organizational performance goals through evidence-based practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in counseling or social sciences. Licensure or eligibility for AAC, LMHCA, LICSWA, LMFTA, LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of supervised treatment experience with individuals experiencing mental illness or developmental disabilities. Candidates working toward Mental Health Professional (MHP) status are welcome.
- Licenses: Valid Washington State driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $25–$40/hour (based on experience).
- Up to $2,500 sign-on bonus.
- Graduation bonus: $1,200 upon completing a Master’s program and achieving Associate or AAC-License status.
- Full-time, on-site role in Everett, WA.
