Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate in-home care tailored to each individual's unique needs, including assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to promote independence.
- Monitor and report on clients’ health status, noting any changes or concerns that require medical attention or caregiver intervention.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, including logs of activities and observations.
- Ensure a safe environment by identifying potential hazards and implementing safety protocols within the home.
