Helping Hands Nursing Solutions is looking for compassionate, reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team! Work flexible assignments, earn $50/hour, and support facilities in need across your region.

Shift Options:
- Days, evenings, and nights
- Weekday and weekend availability
- 8- and 12-hour shifts
- Occasional short-notice premium shifts available
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Iowa
- Minimum 6 months of recent long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Reliable transportation – travel is required
- Ability to obtain current physical and TB documentation
- Strong communication & critical thinking skills
