Helping Hands Hospice Community Relations Marketer,
Is a passionate hospice advocate that has existing referral relationships and can create strong, new personal connections quickly. Responsible for assessing and educating Patients, Doctors, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Senior Living and the general community on hospice appropriateness and the benefits of hospice. Key responsibilities include establishing new referral relationships, presenting our compelling care model in such a way that Helping Hands becomes the hospice "provider of choice". Ensuring growth of the agency through service to the Elderly, Chronic, Seriously Ill, their families and those clinicians who care for this population. Come join us in the CSRA Area.
