Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring a Lead BCBA for clinicians who are ready to move beyond just managing a caseload and start shaping clinical quality, mentoring others, and growing into leadership.

This is a stepping-stone into senior leadership, in this role you will:
- Mentor and coach BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows
- Influence clinic-wide treatment quality and standards
- Contribute to program development, research, and pilot initiatives
- Build skills in supervision, training, and clinical leadership

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD
