Long-Term Cleaning Professional – Experience Required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability are required
• Positive attitude with a strong, professional work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and company standards

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, following established protocols.
• Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to achieve optimal results.
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed consistently and on time.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and requesting replenishments as needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
