About the Role

FeniCare is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. This is a non-medical caregiving role focused on helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and supported with day-to-day living.

What You’ll Do

As a caregiver, you may assist clients with a range of non-medical support services, including:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Meal prep and basic household support
• Light housekeeping
• Running errands or helping with transportation, when assigned
• Supporting mobility and safe movement in the home
• Observing changes in client condition and reporting concerns promptly
• Following client care plans and company expectations for quality and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following:

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Current California Home Care Aide registration

Physical Demands

This role requires regular movement and hands-on support. Caregivers should be able to:

• Stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods as needed
• Assist with transfers and mobility support
• Lift or move up to 50 lbs when required
• Push or pull mobility-related equipment
• Safely navigate stairs and uneven surfaces
