We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Mobile Member Service Representative to join our team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through mobile platforms, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist members with inquiries, issues, and requests through mobile channels
- Provide accurate information about services, benefits, and policies
- Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Process member requests, such as scheduling appointments or updating information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and applications
Skills:

Experience:

The pay range for this role is:
