SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
- On-site position, during normal school hours (weekdays).
- 20-25 hours per week, part-time.
- Salary range $37.00-$40.00/hour (non-exempt).
- Salary based on skills and experience.
- Up to 8% annual bonus potential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, hearing, and oral motor skills.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
- Provide engaging therapy sessions, both individual and group, to support speech and language development.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and an interdisciplinary team to create and adapt learning plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports within required timeframes.
- Offer guidance, training, and home programming for parents and caregivers to support skill carryover.
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language therapy and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.
Salary Description
$37.00-$40.00/hour
Salary : $37 - $40
