Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Health Insurance professional. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with navigating Medicare options, providing expert insurance advice, and ensuring they have the coverage that best meets their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, conducting consultations, addressing questions, and guiding clients toward suitable insurance solutions tailored to their health care and budget requirements. You will also engage in sales opportunities to help grow the company's client base while maintaining high levels of trust and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Life, Accident & Health License (Required)
- Current AHIP Certification (Preferred)
- Previous Medicare sales experience (Highly Preferred)
- Bi-Lingual Spanish (Highly Preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a "patient-first" attitude
