**Duties:**
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
**Experience:**
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Familiarity with dementia care, memory care, and hospice care
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients
