Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, honest, and enthusiastic Home Cleaning Specialists to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for cleaning, enjoy making spaces beautiful, and are looking for a rewarding job, this position may be perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
· Perform custom cleaning tasks.
· Work efficiently to meet client expectations for cleanliness and timeliness.
· Take initiative and demonstrate problem-solving skills in ensuring the best possible service.
· Be personable and polite in all interactions with clients and team members.
· Handle special requests and provide occasional deep cleaning services.
· Maintain a presentable and professional appearance.
Requirements:
· Dependable and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
· Strong work ethic and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Comfortable working at heights and on ladders when necessary.
· Must be non-smoking and pet friendly.
· Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and fully insured personal vehicle.
· Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record as a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work 30 hours per week in a physically demanding environment.
· Experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred, but not required.
Compensation: $20-$25hr based on experience
