Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues fast and deliver the right fix the first time
• Handle service calls, maintenance, and urgent plumbing needs with confidence
• Turn customer needs into solutions by identifying additional issues and upgrade opportunities
• Clearly present options, pricing, and benefits so customers can say “yes”
• Drive revenue through solution-based sales and consistently hit performance goals
• Deliver standout customer service that builds trust and repeat business
• Follow all safety codes and standards—no shortcuts
• Keep clean, accurate records of work performed and recommendations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with residential or commercial plumbing
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated to meet goals and grow with the company
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Valid plumbing license (if required in your state)
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record

Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
