HVAC Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform HVAC system maintenance and tune-ups

• Gain hands-on experience with diagnostics and repairs

• Shadow experienced techs to build confidence in the field

• Support the team with warehouse tasks, parts handling, and truck stocking

• Develop your communication skills with real customers

• Follow safety protocols and learn local HVAC codes

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in Home Services, Customer Service, and/or Sales

• A willingness to learn, show up, and give your best

• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• High school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship is a plus)

• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors and confined spaces
