Our Direct Care Staff are expected to provide support for residential programming in the home setting. This includes:
- Teaching important skills for managing home life
- Improve skills by teaching and modeling appropriate interactions
- Maintain a therapeutic environment
- Demonstrate positive interactions with individuals, staff, vendors, and the community.
- Assist with personal care needs
- Upkeep of a safe, clean living environment for individuals
- Assist with medication
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Teachable/Coachable (Willingness to accept constructive feedback)
