About HELP Now AZ
HELP Now AZ is a 15-year Arizona nonprofit dedicated to breaking cycles of hardship for children and families.
Our first priority is serving and bring hope to children experiencing homelessness.
We support children and families facing homelessness, displacement, or severe financial hardship — while working every day to prevent more families from reaching that point.
Through immediate relief and long-term empowerment, we help families move from crisis to confidence.
We partner with schools and the community to provide:
· Consistent daily food support for children and teens experiencing food insecurity
· Emergency assistance for families at risk of losing housing
· Back-to-School Tools for students
· Adopt-A-Family support during the holidays
· Life-skills and empowerment programs that build long-term stability

Position Overview
HELP Now AZ is seeking a Partnership & Impact Coordinator to help grow relationships with local businesses, corporate partners, and community leaders.
This role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and developing partnerships that generate financial support and increase awareness of our mission.
The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Relationship Building
· Identify and connect with local businesses and corporate partners
· Conduct outreach through email, calls, networking, and in-person meetings
· Present HELP Now AZ’s mission and partnership opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and community partners
Partnership Development
· Assist in developing sponsorship opportunities and corporate partnerships
· Support the creation of customized partnership proposals
· Help secure financial support through corporate engagement
· Ensure partners feel valued through consistent communication and follow-up
Networking & Community Engagement
· Attend networking events and community functions
· Represent HELP Now AZ in a professional and engaging manner
· Build awareness and visibility within the business community
Pipeline & Systems Management
· Track outreach, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM systems
· Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and partners
· Provide updates on outreach progress and partnership development
What Success Looks Like
· Building strong relationships with corporate and community partners
· Growing a pipeline of engaged businesses and supporters
· Increasing awareness of HELP Now AZ within the community
· Supporting the growth of partnerships that sustain our programs
Qualifications
· Experience in sales, fundraising, business development, or relationship-building roles
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated and comfortable with outreach and networking
· Organized and able to manage multiple relationships
· Passion for helping children and families in need
Compensation
Salary is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
