You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure smooth project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities
- Coordinate tasks between teams and departments
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain project documentation and reports
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a point of contact for project-related communication
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
- Provide regular updates on project status and progress
- Ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders
Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and performance
- Identify potential risks or delays and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate records of project activities
- Support process improvements and workflow efficiency
