Help Home Care is currently seeking a Spanish-Speaking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing essential support to seniors in our community. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in assisting seniors with their basic needs, ensuring their well-being, and promoting a positive and comfortable living environment.Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a genuine interest in the well-being of seniors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to the evolving needs of seniors.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and reference verification.
