As a LPN, you will work 1:1 with an individual in their home and support them with the following:
- Adhere to the outlined care plan
- Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
- Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
- Assist with other duties as needed
- Current Georgia LPN license
- Three (3) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
