- Perform basic hygiene tasks (i.e. bathing, oral care, bedding)
- Assist with transfers and moving the client
- Carry out tasks assigned by RN
- Promptly report changes in patient to RN
- Valid ID
- Valid certification: CNA, HHA, MA, or PCA
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
