- $500 sign-on bonus is valid for eligible applicants and current caregivers who transition into the Home Health Aide (HHA) role between 11/1/2025 and 3/31/2026. To qualify, HHAs must complete all required online and in-person training and work a minimum of 80 HHA hours. Caregiver must be actively employed and in good standing (not on a disciplinary action plan) at the time of bonus payout. Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of meeting all eligibility requirements. Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus.
