Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Caregiver Services Specialist. Responsibilities include providing exceptional support and guidance to caregivers through effective communication, problem-solving, and resource coordination. The specialist will also assist in onboarding processes, address caregiver inquiries, and maintain accurate records. The role involves ensuring caregivers have the tools and resources needed to deliver excellent care while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

- Organizational and time management skills to handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to address inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with home care services or experience in a related field is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and database management
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
