Overview

Helmstar Wealth Management is a boutique wealth management firm based in Boise, Idaho, serving high-net-worth families with a personalized, relationship-driven approach. As one of the premier advisory firms in Idaho, we are experiencing strong growth and are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Client Services Associate who is excited about building a long-term career in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver proactive, high-quality service to clients by responding to inquiries, assisting with transactions, and addressing service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare client paperwork, support meeting preparation, and assist with administrative and operational workflows.
  • Maintain accurate client records within the CRM, including documentation of client interactions, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
  • Support the Client Services team with phones, scheduling, calendar coordination, and general office workflow.
  • Participate in refining firm processes and systems as Helmstar continues to grow and evolve.
  • Assist with planning and execution of client appreciation events, educational workshops, and firm initiatives.
  • Contribute to special projects that support client experience, operational excellence, and marketing initiatives.
  • Take on increasing ownership of projects and responsibilities as skills and experience develop.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a professional office environment required.
  • Prior client service experience (5–10 years preferred, though strong emerging professionals with the right mindset will be considered).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.
  • Strong understanding of project coordination and workflow management helpful.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to pass a background check required.
