We are seeking experienced Business Continuity Professionals to support a high-visibility federal mission focused on resilience, readiness, and continuity of operations. These roles are ideal for individuals who have hands-on experience in continuity planning, disaster recovery, mission assurance, and support to federal or Intelligence Community programs.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Assist in developing COOP and ITDR program planning documents, schedules, and supporting materials
- Conduct BPA and BIA activities to define mission-critical functions, dependencies, and impacts
- Review customer COOP plans and CONOPS to identify integration opportunities
- Support system engineering teams by incorporating continuity and resiliency requirements into designs and builds
- Support IT Disaster Recovery efforts including IT asset identification, dependency analysis, and critical infrastructure assessments
- Track and coordinate Availability POA&M actions and improvements
- Assist in developing ISCPs and TT&E planning activities for COOP and resiliency exercises
- Review system Requests for Change (RFCs) for availability and resiliency considerations
- Support alignment of mission outcomes, program goals, and mission assurance activities
- Provide input to work breakdown structures to ensure continuity tasks support overall program resiliency
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:

BCP3 Level:
– 13 years of experience across two or more continuity-related areas
– At least 3 years supporting a federal department, agency, or U.S. Intelligence Community continuity or mission assurance program
– Bachelor’s degree required (or 17 years of experience in lieu of a degree)BCP2 Level:
– 7 years of experience in at least one continuity-related area
– At least 3 years supporting a federal department, agency, or U.S. Intelligence Community continuity or mission assurance program
– Bachelor’s degree required (or 11 years of experience in lieu of a degree)
