Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload products using pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling of all items.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, ensuring all documentation is completed properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and customers.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including organizing inventory and maintaining a clean work area.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory for all positions.
- Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and box trucks is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading products.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or courier environment is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A commitment to safety practices while driving and handling materials.
