The Technical Sales Representative will serve as a key liaison between Helm AI and potential clients, bridging technical product knowledge with customer solutions. This full-time, on-site role in the San Francisco Bay Area involves developing relationships with new clients, identifying business opportunities, performing product demonstrations, and providing technical expertise to address customer needs. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product improvements.
- Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
- Customer Service skills to build relationships, address client needs, and enhance satisfaction
